I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were super helpful, and the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The location is fantastic, close to the main sights, and the breakfast featured mostly local food, which was a nice touch.

Location not far from the center of city, the attraction and best malls and a super market and Cinema. For tea or coffee visit Heyla Cafe nearby.

Also, location was great, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Stars Avenue Mall. The staff was extremely friendly, as for 4-stars hotel. The restaurant was great for dinner, I tried hot dishes.

There were some downsides. The breakfast selection could use some improvement, and I wish there was an onsite restaurant instead of just room service. I encountered a small issue with the TV channels that wasn’t fixed. though, my stay was enjoyable and had more positives than negatives!

The location of this place is excellent, as it is within walking distance of everywhere, and the building and rooms are new with a nice interior design, also offering breakfast.

The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was also close to the sea, giving a nice sense of being away from the city noise. The interior decoration was amazing, both in the lobby and the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience pleasant.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. the water heater was a disaster.
